The property features a 3-bedroom home that can be booked separately, offering flexibility for both small and larger groups. Airy verandas that overlooks the estate, creating a relaxed coffee estate stay in Coorg with space, comfort, and quiet privacy.

You may request an early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do our best to accommodate any requests based on availability.
If you expect to arrive earlier in the day and would like immediate access to your room(s), we recommend booking the room for the prior night. Similarly for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your room until you depart.

A barbecue kit is available at an extra cost.
Reheating offood is possible in the cottage.
Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

No smoking inside the cottage.
No loud music after 10 pm * Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 pm – 8:00 am.
Weadvise you tostay indoors after 10:00 pm due to elephants.
Driver accommodation is available on request.
Extra beds are available on request.
In case of a power outage, the3KVA inverter can support all the appliances for up to 4 to 6 hours. Additionally, a generator is also available for power backup on request.

Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.Network issubject to availability at any given time.
There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
The caretaker stays in the vicinity of the property and is available till 9 PM.
This is a standalone property.
The property is in a secluded location.
Alcohol consumption is allowed.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

At Daisy Land, we aim to balance flexibility with thoughtful planning for every stay.

Full Refund:

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.

A 24-hour free cancellation window is applicable from the time of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 7 days away.

Partial Refund / Reschedule:

Cancellations made between 11 to 30 days prior to check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.

Alternatively, guests may reschedule their stay to any RAHO property of equal or higher value, with any price difference adjusted accordingly.

Non-Refundable Period:

Cancellations made within 10 days of check-in are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

Note:

The 24-hour cancellation window is not applicable for bookings where the check-in date is within 7 days of confirmation.

Damage or Losses

• The Guests shall be responsible for checking and reporting any damage to the Property or its equipment, appliances, cutlery, crockery, utensils, furniture, fittings, furnishing, finishing, structure, etc. therein within 30 minutes of Check-In. If the Guest fails to report any of the damages after such specified period, such damage shall be deemed to have occurred during the stay of the Guest and the Guest shall be held responsible for such damages and resulting charges thereof.
Guests shall be responsible for reimbursing Daisy Land for any such damage/breakage caused by the Guests to the Property or any of the things attached to it such as equipment, appliances, cutlery, crockery, utensils, furniture, fittings, furnishing, finishing, structure, etc. during their stay without demure.
Guests shall use the Property, including its equipment, appliances, cutlery, crockery, utensils, furniture, fittings, etc. with utmost care and without causing any intentional, unintentional, or accidental damage to them.
At the time of check-out, the Guest shall leave the Property in good order and reasonably clean condition except for normal usage. The Guests shall agree and understand that in case any damage or breakage is caused to a single item forming a set unless an identical replacement can be found, Guests shall be liable to replace the entire set. For example, if a glass in a set of 6 glasses is broken/chipped, the Guest shall be responsible for replacing all 6 glasses of the set; if the upholstery of a sofa is damaged, the Guest will be responsible for the replacement of the upholstery of all the sofas. Further, Daisy Land shall get such repairs/replacement of damages done on behalf of the Guests, at the Guests’ sole cost and expense.
• If the Guest has damaged any item during their stay, then Guests shall be liable to pay the same, without demure, within 7 (seven) days of such demand being raised by Daisy Land (amount of repair/ replacement of equipment, appliances, furniture, fittings, furnishing, finishing, and artifacts, etc.)
